Product Developments

Compliance Report 2.0 — Privacy Meets Usability

In September, we rolled out a major update to our compliance reporting suite. Institutions can now generate selective-disclosure proofs through an upgraded interface that’s smoother, more intuitive, and streamlined for institutional workflows.

This UX overhaul ensures that compliance doesn’t come at the cost of privacy — or usability. Instead, institutions can meet regulatory requirements seamlessly while preserving their competitive edge.

DarkSwap Momentum on Horizen Testnet

Last month, DarkSwap debuted as the first application on Horizen’s L3 privacy stack. Since launch, adoption on Horizen has been strong — with 400 unique users, more than 20,000 transactions, and 130.36 SepETH traded to date — underscoring the growing demand for private trading.

DarkSwap empowers traders to execute orders without exposure to MEV bots, sandwich attacks, or front-running. All on-chain footprints — including assets traded, price, and volume — remain fully hidden from mempools and explorers.

Campaign Wrap-Up — Horizen x Singularity

In September, we wrapped up a joint campaign with Horizen to showcase the power of private DeFi. The results exceeded expectations:

• 🌐 Event page: 1,999 visitors, with nearly 100% conversion into participants

• 🚀 TaskOn: Both quests featured on the front page, driving strong engagement

Quest Results:

• Horizen: 2,441 visitors → 1,583 participants → 1,533 completions

• Singularity: 1,742 visitors → 782 participants → 621 completions

Community Challenge Highlight:

We also ran “24hrs of Horizen Rush,” where members were encouraged to trade on the Horizen testnet.

The result: 115 new on-chain users in a single day — proof that community-driven adoption is real.

Strategic Partnerships

Horizen — As the flagship DeFi application on Horizen, DarkSwap continues to prove that privacy and compliance can work hand-in-hand.

The Horizen appchain testnet launch was a key milestone, demonstrating how private execution and selective disclosure can coexist. With mainnet planned for 2025, DarkSwap is positioned to lead adoption and showcase how institutions can participate in DeFi without sacrificing discretion or regulatory readiness.

zkVerify x Singularity — zkVerify tackles one of the toughest challenges for ZK proofs on Ethereum: cost and speed. By reducing verification costs by up to 90%, enabling faster settlement, and ensuring tamper-proof validation at scale, zkVerify unlocks performance that matches institutional expectations.

This integration allows Singularity to provide:

• Confidential execution — transactions hidden from mempools and explorers

• Regulatory flexibility — selective disclosure through the compliance portal

• Institutional confidence — secure darkpool trading backed by ZK integrity
